All bookings are to be made via our phone, text, email service or business social media messaging.
New clients
A non-refundable booking fee will be required on all services. The non-refundable booking fees are £55 for all technical services, £25 for all haircut services. Payment details will be sent via text message/email, at the time of booking. The booking fee is required to be made within 24hrs of the booking, or your booking will not be secured.
The fee will be deducted from the final bill at the end of your appointment.
For all appointments, a reminder text will be sent a day before your appointment.
Cancellations / No Show Policy
We understand that you may not be able to attend your appointment, due to unexpected events.
For a small business to remain sustainable, we kindly request that at least 48hrs notice be given if you need to reschedule your appointment. We need time to try fill cancelled appointments.
If any cancellation is made 24hrs or less of your appointment start time, we will have to charged you in full.
In the event of no show, you will be charged in full and any booking fee made will be forfeited.
A payment link will be sent to you via text message or email, should the above happen.
No future appointments will be rebooked until any cancellation charges are made in full.
If a booking fee is made and the appointment is cancelled within the time frame, we will refund the monies paid. Or you can carry it forward towards your next appointment.
Repeated cancellations will result in all booking fees being forfeited.
Covid and Illness
If you are unwell due to Covid or other illnesses, you will not be charged for any cancellation fee. But we reserve the right to ask for proof.
Lateness
Due to unforeseen circumstances, we usually allow up to 15mins of lateness for your appointment. We reserve the right to turn you away, if you arrive later than the stipulated allowed time. Your non-refundable booking fee will be forfeited and a new booking fee with be required to reschedule. We usually run a full column, and cannot afford to run behind.
Refunds/Redos
No refunds will be given under any circumstances, due to the products used and time spent during your appointment. Please notify us 48hrs after your appointment, if there are any issues. We reserve the right to rectify any issues.
